All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted as we will provide measurements and charts previously to the purchase.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.
Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
